After nearly 10 years immersed in property investment, where I once owned over 110 properties and encountered nearly every conceivable mistake, I've arrived at the SAFER System. The key here is to buy smart. Do your appraisal. Make it honest. Don’t let your emotions control your rational side. If the numbers say to buy up to a set level, buy there. If they don’t, don’t buy. Walk away. Remember, it’s better to regret the property you missed than the property you purchased. Trust me.
