Midland Road, LU2

The biggest project by far - a development of 49 residential units out of the ground in Luton. I was very much in the background on this project, I’ll be honest. I still learned some valuable lessons about managing a build of this size, what can go right, what can go wrong and the pros and cons of selling off-plan to a bulk purchaser versus selling each flat individually.

Unfortunately these flats were all sold during Covid but I did manage to get some CGIs done which are a pretty accurate depiction.
